Orders
Browse the menu, select your meals and extras, add them to your cart, and complete checkout using our secure payment system.
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before preparation begins. Once cooking starts, changes may not be possible.
Yes. You can add extras and notes to your order during checkout.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Supported options may include debit cards and mobile money.
Yes. InzaEats does not store your card details. All payments are securely processed through Paystack.
Delivery
We currently deliver within selected areas in Accra.
Delivery typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on preparation time and distance.
Pickup may be available depending on the day and location. Contact us to confirm.
Refunds & Issues
Please contact us immediately with your order number so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds may be issued for incorrect, missing, or undelivered items. Requests should be made within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are processed through Paystack to the original payment method.
